Most IT is either too slow or too far away
When a server goes down or ransomware lands, the cost isn't the repair bill — it's the day your team can't work. Yet most small businesses are stuck choosing between a break-fix shop that only shows up after something breaks, or a national provider where you're account #4,812 and nobody has ever seen your building.
C3 exists to remove that trade-off: enterprise-grade tooling and standards, delivered by someone who can be on site the same afternoon.
Three pillars, one partner
Managed IT
Continuous monitoring of your systems, services, application health, and patching — plus a help desk your team can actually reach. Issues get caught and fixed before they interrupt anyone's day.
Cybersecurity
Security hardening, patch compliance, and AI-assisted incident analysis that flags unusual behavior early. Hands-on penetration testing finds the gaps before someone else does — included annually on Enterprise, and available to any customer on request.
Networks & Strategy
Business-grade network design and deployment, virtualization, and technology roadmaps. We spec the gear, you buy it direct at cost — no hardware markup, no vendor kickbacks.
Published prices, because you shouldn't have to ask
Per user, per month. A one-time $500 onboarding fee applies to all managed plans. Commit to 12 months and save 5%, or 8% if you prepay the year.

One-off troubleshooting, hardware setup, and migrations at $150/hour (1-hour minimum). After-hours rate applies only to work you ask us to do outside business hours. Projects are quoted as a fixed fee up front, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Straight answers
How much does managed IT cost for a small business in Upstate SC?
C3 managed plans start at $95 per user per month for Essential, $135 for Professional, and $185 for Enterprise, plus a one-time $500 onboarding fee. A 12-month commitment saves 5%, or 8% if paid annually up front. For comparison, advertised rates across the Greenville area run roughly $80 to $240 per user per month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. On-demand work is billed at $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum, no ongoing commitment. Managed plans are month-to-month unless you choose an annual commitment for the discount.
Is your monitoring really 24/7 if you're a local business?
The monitoring itself runs continuously — it's automated, watching your systems and raising alerts around the clock. Human response is during business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm ET, with target response times that depend on your plan. We'd rather be straight with you about that than claim a staffed overnight call center we don't have.
Do you actually measure your response times, or is the SLA just marketing?
We measure it. Our platform timestamps the first substantive response on every ticket and automatically compares it against your plan's target, so a missed or at-risk response is flagged rather than quietly forgotten. That applies to the 1-hour and 30-minute critical targets on Professional and Enterprise. To be precise, this covers first response — how quickly a human engages with your issue — not how long a fix takes, since that varies with the problem.
Do you offer penetration testing?
Yes. A penetration test goes further than a vulnerability scan — we actively attempt to exploit your systems the way an attacker would, then hand you a prioritized report of what we got into and how to close it. Enterprise plans include one test per year. Any other customer, on a managed plan or not, can commission one as a fixed-fee project quoted from an agreed scope.
What areas do you serve?
On-site service covers Clemson, Central, Seneca, Pendleton, Six Mile, Easley, and Anderson, South Carolina. Remote support is available anywhere in the Upstate.
